A Final conference on the results of the WhatToDoIf project was held on March 28, 2022 at the Sofia Hotel Balkan, during which the intellectual products developed within the project were presented. The WhatToDoIf project is co-financed by the Erasmus + program, measure “Cooperation for innovation and exchange of good practices”.
The conference was organized by the European Center for Quality Ltd.
The event was opened by Mr. Kiril Geratliev (Managing Director of European Center for Quality), and subsequently the goals of the project and the results were presented. Both the partners and the main intellectual products developed within the project were presented at the event. In the afternoon, a practical seminar, dedicated to the project topic was held, led by Mr Alexander Balabanov – author, lecturer and corporate trainer at Dynamix Lab. The seminar was attended by the conference guests and was highly appreciated by all participants.
The idea of the WhatToDoIf project and its main goal is to develop tools to help newly arrived foreigners, migrants and refugees to navigate the economic, educational, social and other systems of the host country, thus preventing their social exclusion or their strong dependence on their ethnic community.
In order to achieve its main goal, the project envisages the development of the following intellectual results:

– Intellectual Product 2: Map of Solutions
– Intellectual Product 3: WHATtoDOif Language Pack
– Intellectual Product 4: WHATtoDOif Video Tutorials
– Intellectual Product 5: WHATtoDOif Internet Resources and Mobile Application
Representatives of all partner organizations from Bulgaria, Italy, Poland, Cyprus, Czech Republic and UK took part in the conference. The event was attended by 66 guests, including employees of refugees’ centers, representatives of NGOs and associations working with migrants, universities and other stakeholders.
